Soruların, hata bildirimlerin, içerik düzeltme istekleri veya hesap silme talepleri için doğrudan bu adrese e-posta gönderebilirsin. Tipik yanıt süresi 1-3 iş günüdür.
iPhone / iPad'inde Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → Semtly yolunu takip ederek istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin. İptal mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda devreye girer.
Uygulama içinde Profil → "Önceki satın almaları geri yükle" butonunu kullan. Aynı Apple ID ile satın aldığın tüm aktif abonelikler otomatik olarak geri yüklenir.
Uygulamada Profil → Hesabımı sil seçeneği bulunur. Alternatif olarak yukarıdaki e-posta adresine talep gönderebilirsin; verilerin 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
Mahalle puanları kamu verisi ve kullanıcı katkılarına dayanır. Bir düzeltme önerin varsa, ilgili mahalle ismini ve kanıtlarını e-posta ile paylaş.

For questions, bug reports, content corrections, or account deletion requests, please email this address directly. Typical response time is 1-3 business days.
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Semtly and cancel from there. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Inside the app, tap Profile → "Restore Purchases". Any active subscriptions purchased with the same Apple ID will be restored automatically.
The app provides a Profile → Delete my account option. Alternatively, email the address above and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Neighborhood scores are based on public datasets and user contributions. If you have a correction, please email us with the neighborhood name and supporting evidence.
